Political Theory

Liberalism, Moral, and Civic Virtues

ABSTRACT

The aim of this conference was to discuss the relationship between liberalism, morality, and citizenship. Our key question was: What civic virtues and moral qualities were necessary to establish, strengthen, and maintain a liberal society? We explored this fundamental issue in Latin America specifically but more globally as well. The discussion was held in Spanish.
