President Ronald Reagan’s Developing Perspective on Liberty

ABSTRACT

Conferees examined the degree to which the concept of liberty gave Reagan's political policies practical direction and philosophical coherence, with the aim of understanding both the shortfalls and the accomplishments of his presidency and the extent to which they can be related to his ideals of liberty and the free society in America.
