Responsibility and the Financial Crisis

ABSTRACT

This conference was on the breaches of fiduciary responsibility and failure of key "gatekeepers" that resulted in the most recent financial crisis. Although most writers point either to the absence of regulation or to government's interference as the cause of the crisis, this conference took a different approach and considered issues of personal and corporate responsibility.
