Terms and Conditions for Returns of Videos
All Customers:
Defective, damaged, or otherwise unsalable videos, incorrect shipments,
and mistaken orders must be returned within 30 days. Videotapes
are available for sale in the United States only. NO RETURNS OF
VIDEOS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE SEAL HAS BEEN BROKEN.
Return Procedure
Publisher's permission is required to return videos that meet the
above terms and conditions.

Returns not in compliance with the above terms
will be reshipped, and additional shipping and
handling expenses will be charged.
A completed return request authorization form,
which references the original invoice number, must accompany all
returns. Returns will not be accepted without the original invoice
reference and the completed return request authorization form. Please
take care when packaging Liberty Fund videos to be returned. We
will not accept any returns that have been damaged in shipping.

Please allow four (4) weeks for processing of
your return and posting of credit to your account. A credit memo
will be mailed after your return is processed. If you have any questions
