Terms and Conditions for Returns of DVDs

All Customers:
Defective, damaged, or otherwise unsalable DVDs, incorrect shipments, and mistaken orders must be returned within 30 days.

Individual and Library Customers:
DVDs in undamaged and salable condition may be returned within 30 days.

College Bookstores:
DVDs in shrinkwrap, and undamaged and salable condition may be returned up to 15 months from the invoice date, provided the returns do not exceed 20 percent of the gross orders on that invoice. Returns due to course cancellations must be accompanied by official documentation from the school verifying the cancellation.

Trade/Retail Bookstores and Wholesalers/Subscription Agencies:
No returns accepted.

Return Procedure
Publisher's permission is required to return DVDs that meet the above terms and conditions.

Returns not in compliance with the above terms will be reshipped, and additional shipping and handling expenses will be charged.

A completed return request authorization form, which references the original invoice number, must accompany all returns. Returns will not be accepted without the original invoice reference and the completed return request authorization form. Please take care when packaging Liberty Fund DVDs to be returned. We will not accept any returns that have been damaged in shipping.

Please allow 4 weeks for processing of your return and posting of credit to your account. A credit memo will be mailed after your return is processed. If you have any questions about our returns policy, please contact our Customer Support Department:
