Return Policy

All products returned must be in saleable condition. Chicago Distribution Center (CDC) will return to the customer shelf-worn and stickered products, along with a charge for return postage. Titles that are out of print may be returned for six months after the out-of-print date.

CDC's database maintains line item sales detail for all of its customers. No prior authorization is required, but please include a copy of the invoice in order to receive full credit. If invoice is not enclosed, credit will be issued based upon the latest purchase information available. No credit will be give for returns which are damaged, stickered, shopworn, or otherwise unacceptable for resale.

Any claims for shipping discrepancies, shortages, or damages must be made within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
